We are currently reviewing the structure of the Company’s global distribution network and it has come to our attention that our current T&Cs are some what out dated and may not be fully in line with recent developments in relation to on-line retailing.  Accordingly, we have revised our T&Cs, which will replace the current commercial terms which we have with your company, with immediate effect.
